Pesticide-free, chemical fertilizer-free, additive-free handmade brown rice mochi
Based on mochi brown rice organically grown on our own farm, we also have soybeans and ancient rice.
Freshly pounded mochi has an excellent aroma and taste. It goes well with oil, so we recommend cooking with sesame oil or olive oil if you like. Isobe-yaki is simply delicious.
Talking Miso
Pesticide-free, additive-free, and naturally aged handmade miso.
Soybeans and brown rice organically grown on our own farm, natural koji mold and shimamasu. Chiba's rich rice miso is slowly cooked in a 200-year-old earthen storehouse.
